New Episodes Every Wednesday!

I’m trying this new thing where I don’t limit myself with how often I post. If I have an idea and want to make an episode I want to do that at that moment and not have to wait until the next week.

Grounded Spirits Podcast started out as a public diary of my spiritual experience. Though every other episode still has the reminisce of that, it is now more focused on exploring how to express ourselves fully to the point where we are 100% human and 100% divine all at the same time.

By being both simultaneously, we can become grounded spirits, which means that we have aligned our minds, bodies, and spirits. This is one of the ways that we can make the world a better place.
