Key Takeaways about Expression

Mind: We are each conditioned to make our mind think it’s the leader. It has to learn that it is just a part of the whole. There are no leaders.

Body: We need to listen to our bodies more. We need to feel our feelings before they become emotions. Allow the energy to flow through you.

Tips from Laura:

  1. Try relabeling your emotions. It makes it easier to think about the core feelings. It’s just like in astrology when you are trying to work on something in a specific house or zodiac sign, you look at the opposite house or zodiac sign (i.e. if you want to improve in the 5th house, see what zodiac sign you have in the 11th house to help).
  2. Energy is abundance. It is like a river. You can drink from a river. By listening to your body, you know when to stop. If you overdrink, it could be dangerous, just like if you give or take too much energy, it could be dangerous (feeling burnout or hurting relationships). It also applies to money. We all want to have money. But when greed plays in, its like you want to take the whole river even though there is no way you could ever drink that much water. If you just take what you need, then there is plenty to go around.

Soul: We are all different pieces of the same soul, Source, however, it is within those differences where the true beauty lies. Allow your perspective, your soul, to choose what it needs and let go of the rest. Take in only what resonates.
