This is what I used to track my family’s natal charts. I just wrote their name in the corresponding box and then look to see what we had in common.

Shadow Self

Inspired by Gabi Herstik’s Bewitching the Elements:

  1. Write at least one thing about each family member that you don’t like
  2. Examine the list. You’ll discover that these are all things that you don’t like about yourself
  3. Brainstorm ways to fix that within yourself so that it no longer is reflected back to you

By cleansing myself, may I cleanse others.

Higher Self

Similarly, these family members are in your life for a reason to teach you to become your higher self.

  1. Write at least one thing about each family member that you love
  2. Examine the list. You’ll discover that these are all things that you would want to embody yourself
  3. Learn from them to master the quality you love

To go further, you could also list what each family member balances perfectly so you can learn from them as well.

I heal generational trauma.

Philomath: is a lover of learning and studying.

The term is from Greek philos (φίλος; “beloved”, “loving”, as in philosophy or philanthropy) and manthaneinmath- (μανθάνειν, μαθ-; “to learn”, as in polymath).
